What do I need to do before my gas boiler installation?
Do not worry we will take care of everything for you, all you need to do is provide us access to the property.
Will I need to stay at home?
Not at all, as long as someone is there to let us into the property in the morning we can work away so you can continue your day.
How long does a boiler installation take?
A gas boiler installation would generally take our team one day to complete, but as every installation is different, we will confirm a time frame for the work to be completed when you book the installation.
Will I still have water during the boiler installation?
Yes, you will still have running water during the boiler installation so you can use showers, toilets and washing machines as normal.
What areas of the house will you need access to during the boiler installation?
We will need access to the area where the boiler is located, the hot press and radiators. If any furniture is needing to be moved, we can take care of that too.
Will it be disruptive?
We always try to minimise the disruption to your day, so we will let you know before any noisy work takes place.
Will I need to provide protective sheets or clean up after you?
No, on entering your home our engineers will protect all areas where we will be working so you do not have to worry. We have protective sheets for all areas such as carpets, wooden floors and counter tops.
If any additional items need to be removed from the room, we can take of that.
Who will show me how to use my new boiler?
Us of course, our registered gas installers will show you how to use the new gas boiler and the function of any components installed.
Who will register my new boiler installation?
Back at the office we will take care of all paperwork for you, registering your boiler with the manufacture and the relevant gas certificate.
